The Vaughn's took a trip down south to visit Virginia Tech University. This is an annual voyage for the Vaughn's, but we extended the invitation to the Harelson's to join us this year. What a weekend it was. The weather was fantastic !!! The first part of the trip was Boys vs. Girls. Let me explain......The girls traveled in one car and the boys in another :) Almost 6 hours later we were in Blacksburg, Virginia. Saturday was jam packed with excitment!!! A VT football scrimmage was going on at Lane Stadium, had to stop there !!!! Ty was so excited to see Ryan Williams #34 for the Hokies. Then as an added bonus A Baltimore Raven player was there sitting 6 rows down. Ty went to ask him if he played and he introduced himself as Marcus Smith #81 and shook his hand. Talk about awe struck.
